FinYology-Fintech for Youth Initiative

The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration(FCBA) in the Future University in Egypt (FUE) has organised an orientation session on “ FinYology- Fintech For Youth Initiative” on Monday the 15,th of November 2021, at the FUE University theatre. The session was presented by Prof. Hoda Abd El Hamid Ali , The Vice-Dean of Education and Student affairs at the (FCBA) . The session started by introducing some parts of the recorded videos on the initiative sent by the Cenral Bank of Egypt presented by Mr. Hany Soliman the Manager of Pay Tabs in Egypt , followed by an explanation of the most important problem statements and the suggested projects teams work plan.

The Initiative was first launched by The Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) of the Central Bank of Egypt in Feb 2020 to foster and enhance the capabilities of the youth in financial technology.The initiative comes within the framfork of implementing the directives of the President of the Egyptian Republic to support the youth and encourage innovation as one of the pillars to achieve the sustainable development goals of Egypt’s vision 2030, as Rami AbulNaga-Deputy Governor of the Central bank of Egypt stated.
