UC Visiting Professors for one week in Fall and Spring

Since October 2016, and for eight successive semesters, professors from the University of Cincinnati visit FCBA for five working days. The week visit, which proved to be of great benefits for FCBA faculty and students, include the following activities:
- Research seminars with FCBA faculty and teaching assistants
- Graduation project seminar with 4th level students of different specializations
- Teaching specific topics within lectures
- Meeting with dean and department heads

In Spring 2019, Professor. Polychroniou, professor of Marketing and Dr. Rapien, associate Professor of Management Information System (MIS), visited FCBA from 17-21 March. The two UC professors’ visit comprised: teaching classes for Marketing and MIS students, meeting with FCBA professors to discuss joint research and possible students’ mobility. A workshop on Augmented Reality (AR) was conducted by Dr. Rapien, and attended by FCBA professors, teaching assistants, and students. The workshop presented the latest trends of AR and their use in Business.

The workshop was interactive by nature, where students tried the AG lens and interacted with educational, training and entertaining applications.
